Former Tramsheds, Tracks, Rosettes and Turning Circles
Sydney had a vast tram network - one of the world's largest - from 1879 until 1961. The lines were ultimately closed due largely to their popularity amongst the general public; and their hatred by motorists (who blamed the trams for traffic congestion).

Parramatta, NSW, Australia
The western side of David Lennox's bridge [1836-1839] across the Parramatta River. The bridge was strengthened (to support the Castle Hill Tramway) in 1901-1902, and widened (to cope with additional vehicular traffic) in 1934-1935.
