Barney and Bligh Reserve. Home to Government Dockyards from 1797 onward; though perhaps best known for the superb Cadman's Cottage.

This particular feature is the George Barney Memorial, noting his many incredible achievements around Sydney. Erected by the Royal Australian Engineers and the Sydney Cove Redevelopment Authority, unveiled 19 Nov 1979.
