Chippendale
The Sydney suburb of Chippendale. Originally home to the Gadigal people (part of the Dharug Nation), it was granted to William Chippendale in 1819. Ultimately sold to William Hutchinson, it befell the same fate as its neighbour Darlington - subdivision and sale.

The hand-forged iron cross which originally stood atop St Benedict’s Church. Created 1845, lost for many years, recovered (during renovations on the St Benedicts Complex building) 2005.
