Parramatta Park, originally the ‘Governor’s Domain’ - the land used by Colonial Governors to help support the colony.

Officially declared a public park in 1858.

This particular structure was originally built as a Bath House for Governor Thomas Brisbane, designed in 1822 by colonial architect Standish L Harris. In 1886 it was converted into a pavillion.
