Balls Head Bay, located between Berry Island and Balls Head. Formerly known as Oyster Bay, Wollstonecraft Bay, Sugarworks Bay, Powder Works Bay and Kerosene Bay; the current name is for Lieutenant Henry Lidgbird Ball (Commander of the 'Supply'), who explored the area in 1788.
