Percy Allan (12 July 1861 – 7 May 1930) was a civil engineer who designed an incredible number of bridges (583) in New South Wales; many incorporating his 'Allan Truss' design.

The Glebe Island Bridge (now disused, replaced by the adjacent Anzac Bridge) opening to allow ships to pass between Rozelle Bay and Johnstons Bay.

Completed in 1903, under the guidance of Percy Allan.
