Standish Harris
Standish Harris was Australia's Colonial Architect from 1822-1824, following on from Francis Greenway (Harris completed some of Greenway's later projects). He is perhaps best known for his work on St Matthew's Church at Windsor, and for Governor Brisbane's Bath House in Parramatta Park.

This particular structure was originally built as a Bath House for Governor Thomas Brisbane, designed in 1822 by colonial architect S L Harris. In 1886 it was converted into a pavillion.
